1 January 2005 the company BALCONY WORLD ® has introduced a unique system of quality control. One of the main parts of the system is "Quality Service". The most objective assessment of quality of service is the end-user feedback, so the main overseers of service quality are the company's customers BALCONY WORLD ®.
Upon completion, our staff will offer you a complete evaluation sheet where you should put down our evaluation team for the quality of service. Scores on a 5-point scale (1 point - the lowest score, 5 points - the highest). Employee Motivation depends on your evaluation, so be objective. Only under this principle, we will be able to make quality products and services even better!
