A quality control System has been put in place

On January 01, 2005, the company BALKONNY MIR® introduced a unique quality control system. One of the main parts of the system is "Service Quality Control". The most objective assessment of the quality of service is the feedback from the end user, therefore, the main controllers of the quality of service are the Customers of the company BALKONNY MIR®. Upon completion of the work, our staff will ask you to fill out an assessment sheet where you need to rate our staff for the quality of service. Grades are given on a 5-point scale (1 point is the lowest score, 5 points is the highest). The motivation of employees directly depends on your assessment, so be objective. Only by following this principle will we be able to make the quality of our products and services even better!
